Here at AMANI Exceptional Services, we provide exceptional support to Individuals with disabilities regardless of what their disabilities may be. Most importantly, we believe in providing exceptional support to the support teams/staff surrounding the client to ensure we are building a culture of reverence for the whole person, excellence in all areas, and passion for what we bring each day. Supported Living Services is designed to provide case management to individuals with disabilities allowing them to live independently in the home of their choice. Independent living means having control or a say of how their own world operates. Individuals in Supported Living benefit from assistance to explore options and to make informed decisions about who works for them and who is involved in their circle of support. Individuals are empowered to choose their own paths, including taking risks that promote growth and independence.

AMANI Exceptional Services began in 2019, when Mary Azula, a longtime direct support staff was given the opportunity to step into the dream that took years to bring to life. One specific individual was her main motivation. She knew he was like many others who would eventually be left without any family to support him and in a place that was not his own. This inspiration fueled Mary and she worked tirelessly and determinedly to get to the place where she knew it would be possible. She invested all she had earned to make a direct impact in the lives of the Individuals she was serving. AMANI Exceptional Services cares about the overall wellbeing of the client we are serving. The service that is given is beyond anything we have seen, and we intend to keep the momentum going for years to come.

Now how do we bring those 5 Principles to life for those individuals we serve. Through our amazing Personal Attendants. Our PA’s receive clearance through DOJ and pass our extensive hiring process. We spend time matching the right PA with the individual receiving services. It is all about finding the perfect match. We unleash everyone’s hidden talents ensuring that needs are met and personalities are aligned. It is through their master facilitating skills and passion for the work they do that everyone in the equation feels good.
